What data we process, and why
We only process the data you give us voluntarily in one of the site’s two forms. There are no user accounts, no purchases and no profiles.

Consent is a box you tick yourself: it is not pre-ticked, and without it the form does not send. The newsletter uses double opt-in: you receive an email with a link, and you are only subscribed if you click it.
What data we do NOT process
Worth saying plainly, because many privacy policies describe processing that never happens:
- We process no purchase data. This site sells nothing: no delivery name, no address, no payment details, no gateway.
- We use no third party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, nothing equivalent.
- We do not keep your IP address or your browser in our internal usage statistics.
- We do not build profiles and take no automated decisions about you.
- We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone for commercial purposes.
The site’s internal statistics
To know which pages are useful, the site records anonymous usage events: which page was being viewed, whether an outbound link was clicked, and what values were entered in the calculators. That record includes no IP address, no browser and no identifier that would allow your browsing to be reconstructed, and it uses no cookies. As this is not personal data, no profiling is possible and no prior consent is required on this basis.
Recipients
The data is held on the servers of our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., inside the European Union, acting as processor. The confirmation email and any replies are sent from the same server. There are no international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that point. To do so, write to teamatchazen@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no explanation needed.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish data protection authority (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Subscriber data and messages are kept in a database outside the server’s public directory, accessible only to the owner.
Minors
The forms on this site are not aimed at anyone under 14. If we find a minor’s data without their guardians’ authorisation, we delete it.
