Where to buy it

The cheapest per cup in the ranking

If you came for a quick recommendation: Matcha Zen costs the least per cup (€0.42 with 2 g) of everything we have tasted, and comes second on score (85/100). First place goes to the Japanese Tea Hub, which costs €2.80 a cup.

An editorial recommendation. This site sells nothing: the button goes to the brand’s own shop. How it is funded, in Transparency.

Every matcha in this ranking was assessed with the same method: six sensory attributes, a 1 to 10 scale for each, and samples bought like any other customer. Conflicts of interest are declared on the transparency page.
